At I-Soft Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality software products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Software Products — Self Deploy
The Self Deploy plan involves delivery of source code as a digital product.
- Before delivery: A full refund will be issued if the source code has not yet been delivered.
- After delivery: No refund is available once the source code has been delivered, as a digital product cannot be returned or recalled.
- Defective software: If the delivered code is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 business days, a full refund will be considered.
2. With Deployment Support
This plan includes software delivery plus installation and configuration on your hosting environment.
- Before deployment begins: Full refund available.
- After deployment begins: A partial refund of up to 50% may be considered based on work completed. Once deployment is complete and the system is handed over, no refund is available.
- Unable to deploy: If we are unable to complete deployment due to issues on our side, a full refund will be issued.
3. Complete Package
- Before project commencement: Full refund available.
- During project: Partial refund assessed proportionally based on milestones completed.
- After handover: No refund available. Ongoing support and hosting renewals are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party services, domain registrations or SSL certificates purchased on your behalf
- Rush/priority service fees
- Services already rendered and approved
- PayPal transaction fees (deducted by PayPal and not recoverable)
- Hosting and maintenance fees once billing period has commenced
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your name, invoice number or PayPal Transaction ID, and reason for the request.
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Centre within 180 days of your payment. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith.
