I-Soft Solutions is a web design and development agency with its Sales & Marketing division based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, a satellite office in Singapore, and a development centre in Kerala, India. We provide web design, PHP/Laravel development, MVP development, cloud hosting and related digital services globally.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-domain licence to use the purchased software. You may not:

• Resell, sublicence or redistribute the source code to third parties
• Use the software on more than one domain without purchasing an additional licence
• Remove or modify copyright notices within the code
• Claim the software as your own original work

Ownership of the source code remains with I-Soft Solutions. The licence grants you the right to use and modify the code for your own business purposes only.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD with INR equivalents for reference
• Payments are processed securely via PayPal
• Payment is due in full before software delivery or deployment commencement
• All sales are final subject to our Refund Policy
• We are not responsible for PayPal fees, currency conversion charges or bank fees

6. Delivery

After successful payment:

• Self Deploy: Source code will be delivered via email or secure download link within 24 business hours
• With Deployment Support: Our team will contact you within 24 business hours to begin deployment
• Complete Package: Project timeline will be communicated within 24 business hours of payment

Delivery timelines may vary based on complexity and the information you provide. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp and email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images and design is the property of I-Soft Solutions and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this site without our explicit written permission.

For custom development projects, intellectual property of the delivered work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-Soft Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party hosting, server downtime or security breaches outside our control
• Any errors, bugs or interruptions in the software after the support period has expired

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our services.
